We offer a comprehensive service in the field of health and safety and fire protection. Our services in the field of occupational health and safety and fire protection services cover the full range of activities required by law, from the HSE training through the creation of relevant documentation on the professional advice to ensure the most optimal solutions.
Acting in accordance with art. 23711 § 2 of the Labor Code, we offer a comprehensive service in the field of health and safety in the context of outsourcing. The range of tasks within this service is consistent with the Council of Ministers of 2 September 1997 on occupational health and safety (Dz. U. No 109, item. 704 of 18 September 1997, as amended.)
When you decide to work with us, we will find solutions to many of your needs. The services are as under:
- regular contracts (comprehensive service) for the supervision of safety and fire protection,
- contracts for fire protection,
- single orders.
In cooperation we offer:
- advice on safety and fire protection and supervision of the appropriate labelling of objects in the field of health and safety at work and fire protection,
- advising on the organization and methods of work in the workplace, containing a proposal for organizational and technical measures aimed at preventing the threat of life of workers and improve working conditions,
- participation in the development of rules and standards for the allocation of personal protective equipment, clothing and footwear, cleaning, meals and beverages,
- carrying out inspections of working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations,
- current inform employers about irregularities together with the conclusions of prevention to their liquidation,
- cooperation with relevant laboratories authorized to carry out tests and measurements of agents harmful to health or onerous conditions occurring in the work environment, to determine the circumstances and causes of accidents at work, on the way to work and from work, found occupational diseases and suspicion of these diseases, including the preparation of documentation,
- record-keeping required by the National Labour Inspectorate,
- preparing annual analysis of the state of safety,
- conducting initial and periodic training in occupational health and safety,
- participation in carrying out environmental research,
- cooperation with the physician exercising preventive care for employees,
- processing instructions and regulations on safety and occupational health at individual workplaces,
- development of risk assessments of the working conditions,
- representation of the company before the surveillance authorities – help and preparation of responses to requests, orders from inspectors of the State Labour Inspectorate-implementation of the recommendations of the audit,
- documentation relating to accidents at work and giving the advice on the rules and protocols in the field of accident
- first-aid kits supervision
Under Fire Safety Services we offer:
- advise within the scope of the current provisions,
- oversee compliance by employees and enforce fire regulations imposed on them in this respect ,
- support fire protection specialist in the company,
- organization and carry out a practical test conditions and organization of the evacuation,
- commenting the condition of fire extinguishers and hydrants,
- maintenance of fire extinguishers
